ORDERS

There are two possible ways to order one or several jewellery pieces from Ana Bragança Jewellery:

  1. Buy your jewellery piece through our online shop. Here you may pay using a credit card, your paypal account or by bank transfer (offline payment)

  2. You can contact us directly by emailing us to info@anabragancajewellery.com or writing us through the contact form. In your email, you must write the jewellery reference number of the piece(s) you are interested in. Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and you will also be informed if we have the piece in stock or, if not, how long it will take to produce it. The payment is done by bank transfer and your order will be shipped once the payment has arrived.

PAYMENT

If you chose to buy through our online shop, you may pay using a credit card, a bank transfer (offline payment) or your paypal account

In case you contact us and order by email or through our contact form, the payment must be done by bank transfer. Our bank account details will be sent to you on your order confirmation email. 

The price of the products is the stipulated in the site, except typographical error. In case of an error in the price of any product, we will contact the customer, presenting the option to confirm the order with the correct price or cancel it, with a refund.

PACKAGING

All the items are sent by post and are properly packaged inside a paper box that has the label’s logo. In some cases, due to the dimensions of the jewellery piece, we use other packages forms nevertheless they are always packed with elegance and with the label’s logo.

All the boxes are also protected by bubble envelope or similar to prevent any transportation damages.

SHIPPING ORDER

All items are shipped in priority-registered mail from Portugal, France or Switzerland (depending on the address provided by the buyer, to try to make it as quickly as possible and sometimes to try to avoid customs delays or depending in which country we have the piece(s) in stock). It is priority-registered mail to allow you to receive your purchased items faster and also so that you can be informed by email about shipping notifications and tracking information.

The shipping costs applied are the minimum for registered mail up to 250g. In case you buy more than one item and the weight does not overstep the 250g, you will be charged only once.

Portugal, France, and Switzerland:

  • Orders less than € 65 = € 6.80

  • Orders over than € 65 = Free shipping

 

Europe

  • Orders less than € 90 = € 12.15

  • Orders over than€ 90 = Free shipping

 

Rest of the world

 

  • Orders less than € 250 = € 26.00

  • Orders over than€ 250 = Free shipping

 

All items will be shipped only after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped to the address provided by the customer by email or through the WIX shop.

If the order can not be delivered due to reasons attributed to the customer, such as a wrong address, inability to make home delivery or no pick up at the post office, we can not be responsible for any damages or costs associated with it.

If we have the items in stock, they will be sent between one to five business days.

If not, you will be informed about how long it will take to produce it. It will only be produced after you have sent proof of payment (you may send it by email).

Once the items are shipped by post, usually the delivery time is:

- Europe: 3 – 15 days business days

- Rest of the world: 10-25 business days

If you wish that we send it by DHL, we might do it, nevertheless please select the DHL shipping system once you are checking out our online shop or contact us at info@anabragancajewellery.com so that we can tell you the procedure to do so. 

At all times, international buyers are responsible for customs fees or taxes that the destination country may apply to packages sent from Portugal, France or Switzerland.

// CORONA VIRUS NOTIFICATIONS Please bear in mind that the sooner you make your order the sooner the piece will be sent to you and consequently the sooner it will arrive at your place. The post office services are providing normal deliveries, but it’s likely some countries will experience some level of disruption during the pandemic. We hope you understand that we, Ana Bragança team, can not be held responsible in case there are some delivery delays due to post office delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding in these unprecedented times.

 

 

 

WARRANTY / REPAIRS

Under legal terms, the pieces of ANA BRAGANÇA JEWELLERY have a warranty of 2 years. If any non-compliance is found, please contact us at info@anabragancajewellery.com. You should send the piece, via registered mail, for our analysis. After analysis and confirmation of the validity of the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

If you receive your item and it happens to be damaged or defective let me know as soon as possible. If it is proved that it is a defect of production we held responsible for its reparation and for all shipping costs.
However, please beware that these are handmade items that should be worn and kept with care. If the damage is caused by bad use of the jewellery, we cannot be held responsible. Nevertheless, if this is the case, please contact us and we will be glad to repair your piece upon an extra cost. In this case, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

QUALITY

The pieces made by ANA BRAGANÇA are produced mostly by manual processes, with quality raw materials.

The jewels are manufactured in 925 silver with natural, synthetic stones and / or CZ's;

The gold jewelery is manufactured in 19 carats with precious stones and/or natural, having the respective contrasting mark.

PORTUGUESE LEGAL HALLMARKS

The pieces available at ANA BRAGANÇA JEWELLERY's online store are certified by INCM.

"INCM's Guarantees provide this guarantee by verifying the legal touch (perming precious metal contained in an alloy) and the application of the contrast next to the manufacturer's responsibility mark or equivalent."

The application of the marks is only mandatory in pieces weighing more than 1 gram.

CONVENTION HALLMARKS

The sale within the international territory of articles of goldsmith marked under the Convention on the Control and Marking of Precious Metal Artifacts (Vienna Convention) is hereby authorized. For more information please do to: http://www.hallmarkingconvention.org

In case of doubt as to the authenticity of the hallmarks, you may contact Portuguese Contratarias with the purpose of verification.

CANCELLATIONS / RIGHT TO FREE CONTRACT RESOLUTION
In case you wish to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible.
If payment has already been made, but the order has not been sent yet, the costs of the order will be refunded, including the shipping cost.

 

The deadline for exercising the right of free resolution expires 14 days from the day following the day of the invoice date.

 

In order to exercise your right of free resolution, you must notify us of your resolution decision by email: info@anabragancajewellery.com

 

In order for the period of freedom to be respected, it is sufficient that its communication concerning the exercise of the right of the free resolution is sent before the expiry of the period for termination.

Effects of free resolution:

In the event of termination of the contract, all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of shipment other than the least expensive method of normal shipment offered by us) will be reimbursed, , without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. We make these refunds using the same means of payment you used in the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed by you; in any event, incur no costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have proof of shipment of the goods.

You must return the goods by registered mail to Ana Bragança, Rua São João Bosco 145 7 esq, 4100-451 Porto, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the free termination of the contract. It is considered that the deadline is respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day deadline. Direct return costs will be borne by the customer.

The customer is only responsible for the depreciation of goods resulting from manipulation that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

The right of free resolution does not apply in the case of products produced according to consumer specifications or manifestly personalized.

EXCHANGES

In case you wish to exchange your item for another one of our shops, please contact us as soon as possible by writing (anabragancajewellery@gmail.com). We are more than happy to help you, nevertheless, the first original item must be sent in perfect condition and in its original box.

 

Please note that in case of exchange or return, the client is responsible for all post expenses. This means that the initial shipping cost will not be refunded and he should be the one paying to ship it back to us.
